CrashProof Truck uses official sources first for regulated topics, including FMCSA, NHTSA, DOT, eCFR, and OSHA where directly relevant.

Industry sources such as NSC, IIHS, or ATRI may support general safety education, but they are not presented as legal or insurance authority.

When a rulemaking status matters, pages distinguish a proposed rule from a final rule and ask readers to verify current official materials.

Sensitive pages use a source gate. A page about AEB rulemaking, post-accident testing, insurance evidence, dash cam retention, or driver-facing camera privacy must have matching source IDs before it can remain indexable.

The site does not publish dash cam product rankings, affiliate reviews, legal advertising, or claim outcome promises.
